If you’re reading this, you’re with me on this journey from the get-go as I’m transitioning from writing lighthearted paranormal romances-think Hallmark-style novels with a ghostly twist, to writing sweet contemporary romances with a Southern flair. Gosh, I’m loving it!
Here’s what you’ll get to look forward to:
Book 1:
So far, Hurricane Season, the 1st book of the Sweet South series is in revision. If you love stories about coming home and second chances, this novel is for you. Throw in a hurricane and let the mess unfold!
Book 2:
Tornado Season, the 2nd book of the series is half-written so far. This one will be all about polar opposites. Jenna, who owns a cupcake bakery from the first book, and the new doctor in town don’t hit it off at the beginning of the story (and that’s an understatement). Will a spring tornado create a path for their future together or tear them even more apart?
Book 3:
The 3rd book will be Fire Season. In this story, Sean, the town’s Sheriff you will get to know in the first 2 books, will have his turn to hopefully find love when a wildfire ignites and is threatening the town of Bellson during an extremely dry summer. This one is still in the outline stage.
